What’s included in the price?

A fully completed home with all finishings — kitchen and bathroom fitted, plumbed, wired and ready to live in. See what’s included.

What other costs are involved?

A few site costs sit outside the home price:

Delivery and installation — transport to your site and installation, quoted once we know the location.
Foundations and piling — typically from $4,000 to $7,500 + GST, depending on your site and location.
Services connection — your home connects to the existing house’s power, water and drainage, so there’s a connection fee on top.

All site costs are plus GST.

How long does it take?

Your home is ready in four weeks.

Do you deliver and install?

Yes. We build your home offsite, deliver it to your site and install it there. Delivery and installation are quoted separately and aren’t included in the home price.
